Rec Review
END SEARCH function
When you use a tape without cassette memory,
END SEARCH does not work once you eject the
cassette after you have recorded on the tape. If
you use a tape with cassette memory, END
SEARCH works even after you eject the cassette.
If a tape has a blank portion in the recorded
sections
END SEARCH may not work correctly.
EDITSEARCH
You can search for the next recording start point.
(1) In standby, press FN to display PAGE1
(p. 32).
(2) Press MENU, then set EDITSEARCH to ON in
(p. 247).
(3) Hold down the 7/– · + side of EDIT. The
recorded section is played back.
+
: to go forward
7/– : to go backward
Release 7/– · + to stop playback. If you press
START/STOP, re-recording begins from the
point you released 7/– · +. You cannot monitor
the sound.
Rec Review
You can check the last recorded section.
(1) In standby, press FN to display PAGE1
(p. 32).
(2) Press MENU, then set EDITSEARCH to ON in
(p. 247).
(3) Press the 7/– side of EDIT momentarily .
The section you have stopped most recently will
be played back for a few seconds, and then your
camcorder will return to standby. You can
monitor the sound from the speaker or
headphones.
