Recording moving pictures
on "Memory Stick"s
– MPEG movie recording
You can record moving pictures with sound on
"Memory Stick"s.
The picture and sound are recorded up to the full
capacity of "Memory Stick" (MPEG MOVIE EX).
Before operation
Insert a "Memory Stick" into your camcorder.
(1) Set the POWER switch to MEMORY. Make
sure that the LOCK switch is set to the right
(unlock) position.
(2) Press START/STOP. Your camcorder starts
recording. The camera recording lamp located
on the front of your camcorder lights up.
The picture and sound are recorded up to the
capacity of "Memory Stick." For more
information about recording time, see
page 160.
[a]: Available recording time on "Memory Stick"
is displayed.
[b]: This indicator is displayed for five seconds
after pressing START/STOP. This indicator
is not recorded.
To stop recording
Press START/STOP.
