Dubbing only desired scenes
– Digital program editing (on tapes)
Operation 1: Making the
Programme
(1) Insert the tape for playback into your
camcorder, and insert a tape for recording
into the VCR.
(2) Press FN to display PAGE1.
(3) Press MENU, then select VIDEO EDIT in
then press EXEC (p. 253).
(4) Press r/R to select TAPE, then press EXEC.
(5) Search for the beginning of the first scene you
want to insert using the video control buttons
on the LCD screen, then pause playback. You
can fine-adjust one frame at a time with
/ .
(6) Press MARK IN on the screen.
The IN point of the first programme is set,
and the upper part of the programme mark
changes to light blue.
(7) Search for the end of the first scene you want
to insert using the video control buttons on
the LCD screen, then pause playback. You can
fine-adjust one frame at a time with
/ .
(8) Press MARK OUT on the screen.
The OUT point of the first programme is set,
then the lower part of the programme mark
changes to light blue.
(9) Repeat steps 5 to 8.
When one programme is set, the programme
mark changes to light blue.
You can set 20 programmes in maximum.
