There are no flags affected by NOT(520).
Function
NOT(520) is placed between an execution condition and another instruction to invert the execution
condition.
Precautions
• NOT(520) is an intermediate instruction, i.e., it cannot be used as a right-hand instruction. Be sure to
program a right-hand instruction after NOT(520).
• The CPU Unit performs logic operations between logic blocks. When you use the NOT instruction
and there are multiple input instructions between the left bus bar and the NOT instruction, create the
rung so that the signal flow (i.e., the power flow) goes from left to right on the ladder diagram.
