Function
HKY(212) outputs the selection signals to bits 00 to 03 of O, reads the data in order from bits 00 to 03
of I, and stores up to 8 digits of hexadecimal data in register words D and D+1.
HKY(212) inputs each digit in 3 to 12 cycles, and then starts over and continues inputting. In addition,
each time that a key is pressed, the corresponding bit in D+2 (0 to F) will be turned ON and remains ON
until another key is pressed.
