2. E2677B Differential Solder-in Head with Full BW Resistors

This probe configuration provides the
full bandwidth signals and the lowest
capacitive loading for measuring both
single-ended and differential signals.
This head allows a soldered connection into a system for a reliable, hands-free
connection. At the tip it uses a miniature axial lead resistor with 8 mil diameter
leads which allows connection to very small, fine pitch targets.

The probe head resistors must be soldered to the circuit that you are measuring.
Because of the small size of the resistor leads, it is easy to solder them to very
small geometry circuits.
