Settings
■Setting Telephone Volume (3 Levels)
This procedure can be used to set the volume of
calls transferred from a Door Intercom (with alarm
display and remote test terminal), Color Camera
Foyer Slave Unit, or Lobby Intercom to the
transfer destination telephone.
* If the transfer destination volume is extremely
low, then touch the

■Setting Answering Machine and Facsimile
To use automatic response devices such as
answering machines or fax machines with a telephone
connected to an Expansion Adapter, touch the

When using an Expansion Adapter, this display
can be used to set the controls for electric locks
connected to the Expansion Adapter.

Telephone Display
■Setting Extension Bells
This display can be used to set whether a
telephone connected to an Expansion Adapter will
ring when a call comes from the Door Intercom
(with alarm display and remote test terminal),
Color Camera Foyer Slave Unit, or manager's
office.
* Touch the
Button when a telephone with an

answering function or a fax machine with a
telephone function is connected, and when
recordings or faxes are to be received from the
Door Intercom (with alarm display and remote test terminal), Color Camera Foyer Slave Unit, or manager's
office. There will be no away response. In this case, however, a ring will not be audible from the telephone
with the answering function or the fax machine with the telephone function even when an extension call
comes in.
(With extension calls, if you hear the incoming call sound from the Indoor Master or an Expansion Speaker,
you can pick up the handset on the telephone to talk to the other party.)
■Setting Security Sounds
This display can be used to set whether a
telephone connected to an Expansion Adapter will
ring when security is activated.
* To have a connected telephone ring when a
security alarm occurs, touch the
Button. To

■Setting a Distinction between Ringing for Extension and Outside Lines
This display can be used to set whether a
distinction is to be made between the ring patterns
for incoming calls from outside lines and calls from
the Door Intercom (with alarm display and remote
test terminal), the Color Camera Foyer Slave Unit,
or the manager's room.
* To not hear any sound for extension calls on the
telephone (including calls from the Door Intercom
(with alarm display and remote test terminal), the
Color Camera Foyer Slave Unit, or the manager's
office), touch the
