Liability
●We assume no liability for the following under any circumstances.
Loss, injury, or damage directly or indirectly related to this product, whether accidental, special, or consequential.

If this product is disassembled, repaired, or modified by the customer.

If this product cannot be used because of a failure, defect, or some other reason, or its failure to operator

or inability to perform causes inconvenience or damage.
Failure or defects caused by third party equipment and systems, and inconvenience or damage caused by the same.

●The main goal of the security function of this product is to alert and display accidents and errors detected by
designated sensors or when buttons are pressed. This product is not designed to detect the accidents or errors
themselves or to prevent them from occurring. We assume no liability for damage resulting from accidents
or errors.
e.g.)●Damage caused by fire, gas leaks, incomplete combustion, or carbon monoxide poisoning occurring
despite the presence of fire and gas leak detectors.
●Damage caused by crime despite the presence of security sensors.
●Compensation and indemnity owed to a handicapped person despite the presence of bathroom call and toilet call capability.
●The security function of this product has a preset priority for alarms. The alarm sound and display will change to
that of the highest priority alarm if more than one error occurs. We assume no liability for damage resulting from
a delayed response to an alarm caused by failure to understand this function (including mistakenly thinking an
alarm was cleared because the alarm display changed). (A list of current alarms can be viewed. Refer to page 58.)
Earthquake Alarm Precautions
We assume no liability for injury to tenants in the following situations.

If the earthquake alarm from the Meteorological Agency did not arrive in time before the earthquake.
2
If there is an error in the estimated arrival time of an earthquake.
3
If there is an error in the estimated strength of an earthquake.
4
If a false alarm is dispatched by the Meteorological Agency.
5
If an earthquake alarm was not provided because of a failure in the communications circuits or other cause even though
the earthquake alarm system of the Meteorological Agency was activated correctly.
6
If an earthquake alarm was not provided because of equipment failure even though the earthquake alarm system of the
Meteorological Agency was activated correctly.
7
If there was damage caused by the earthquake even though the earthquake alarm was accurately provided to the
resident before the earthquake occurred.
8
If the earthquake alarm could not be delivered because of other alarms, such as fire or gas leaks.
9
Other conditions and circumstances for which Panasonic is not responsible.
