Receiving Calls from the Lobby Intercom

Displayed when volume is adjusted.

2 Responding from the Handset
Pick up the handset within about 30 seconds.
The Talk Display will appear and you

can then talk to the calling party.
● You will not be able to respond after
about 30 seconds has passed.

When a call is received from the Lobby
Intercom, a call sound is made and the
Incoming Call Display will appear.
(The time required to display the image will depend
on the nature of the image.)
The chime can also be heard from Expansion Speakers.

● Touch the High or Low Button to adjust the ringer volume.
● The Incoming Call Display will appear for about
30 second after the call sound is given.
If the Lobby Intercom does not have a
camera, Display 3 will appear.
Touch the Full Button to switch to Display 2 .
Touch the Button to return to Display 1 .

Responding Hands Free
Press the Hand-free Button
within about 30 seconds.
● You will hear a "Pi" sound, the Talk Display will
appear, and you can then talk to the calling party.
You will not be able to respond after about 30

Using the Handset
About 3 minutes* after you pick up the handset,

the image and call will be automatically cut off.
If the talk time is set to longer than 3 minutes

Hands Free
● About 1 minute after you press the Hands-free
Button, the image and call will be automatically

(The volume cannot be adjusted for hands-free
calling.)
Displaying the CCTV Camera Image (Lobby Intercoms with Cameras Only)
When a CCTV Camera is installed in the lobby,
