Deleting Video and Audio Recording Data

●To delete all previous video and audio recordings, use the procedure on page 105 from
the Records Management Display.

Play the video and audio recording
data to delete.
● If the video and audio recording data have been
saved, use the procedure described on page 63
to cancel the save and delete the video and
audio recording data.
2 Touch the Delete Button.
● A "Delete image?" message will appear on the
display, along with a Delete Button and a
Cancel Button.
3 Touch the Delete Button to delete
the video and audio recording data.
Touch the Cancel Button to not
delete the image.
The monitor will return to the Preview

Display (Data Selection Display).
● If all the video and audio recording data are
deleted, the Play Display will be ended and the
monitor will return to the Top Menu.

Saving Video and Audio Recording Data

Notice
●If the video and audio recording data are not saved, it may be lost when an incoming call is recorded.
●Up to 16 images can be saved.
(When the maximum number of images has been saved, the display indicator will light to inform you.)

Canceling Video and Audio Recording Data that Have Been Saved

Play the video and audio recording
data that are to be saved.

Touch the Save Button.
● The message "Saved image" will appear on
the display, and the video and audio recording
data will be saved.

Touch the Cancel Save Button.
● The save will be canceled, and "Saved image"
will disappear.
