Protecting Mail or Canceling Protection

●A maximum of 50 mails can be received. If more than 50 mails are received, the received mails that
have been read and are not protected will be deleted in order, oldest ones first. If you have received

mail that you do not want deleted, protect it using the following procedure.
Protected mails: There can be a maximum of 25 protected mails.
Received mails: There can be a maximum of 50 received mails, including protected mails.

cancel protection and touch the Mail
Menu Button.
● The Mail Menu will be displayed.

Touch the Protect Button.
The selected mail will be protected
or the protection will be canceled.
● For protected mail, a mark will be
displayed before the number of the mail.

●Mail can be received not only from other dwelling units but from the Internet as well. The addresses for
receiving mail from the Internet is different from the ones for dwelling units. When giving your mail

Mail cannot be sent if even one character in the address is wrong. Check carefully to make sure that
there are no mistakes with characters such as hyphens (-), underscores (_), and dots (.).
