Title Button
This button displays the Address List Display. (Refer to page 85.)

Address Button
Use this button to specify the destination address for the mail.
This button displays the Title List Display. (Refer to page 86.)

Use this button to specify a title for the mail.

TOP MENU Button
●
This button will return you to the Top Menu.
●
This button returns you to the previous display.

Return Button
(Press the TOP MENU Button to return to the Top Menu.)

Clear All Button
●
This button deletes all of the mail text.
This button displays the Fixed Phrases List Display. (Refer to page 86.)

Fixed Phrase Button
Use this button to specify fixed phrases for the mail text.
This button sends the mail that is displayed.

Send Button
A Confirmation Display will appear before the mail is sent to allow you to cancel. If the destination
address or title is not specified, a Confirmation Display will appear.
This button scrolls the mail text up.
●
(Scroll Up) Button

(The display will not move if the mail text is already at the top.)
This button scrolls the mail text down.
●

(Scroll Down) Button
(The display will not move if the mail text is already at the bottom.)
* If the mail being created is aborted before completion, a confirmation message will be displayed.

This button will return you to the Top Menu.
This button returns you to the Create Mail Display.

(Press the TOP MENU Button to return to the Top Menu.)

* If the Address List Display is entered when an address is already displayed in the Create Mail
Display and this button is pressed without selecting an address, the address display area will
be blank when you return to the Create Mail Display.
