1 To display received mail, use the
procedure described under Reading
Received Mail on page 87.
2 Touch the Mail Menu Button.
(The Mail Menu Display will appear.)
3 Touch the Reply Button.
(The Create Mail Display will appear.)
4 Touch the Fixed Phrase Button.
(The Fixed Phrases List Display will
appear.)
The contents of the received mail selected in
●
step 1 will appear in the Create Mail Display.
(Sender's Address, "Re:" added to Title, ">"
marks added to original text)
A previously recorded name is added to the
●
first line of the text.
● Touch the Clear All Button to delete the text.

Touch the phrase selected from the
fixed phrases list,* and then touch the
Select Button. (You will return to the
Create Mail Display.)
● Repeat steps and to select more than

one phrase. (A maximum of 10 phrases can
be selected.)
Fixed phrases can be set for each
●
apartment building. (They cannot be
changed by individual persons.)
* When a phrase is touched, the color of the letters
will change to show that it is selected.

After the text selection has been
completed, touch the Send Button. (A
Confirmation Display will appear.)

Touch the Yes Button on the
Confirmation Display to send the
mail.
● Touch the No Button to cancel sending the mail
and return to the Create Mail Display.

Touch the Mail Button on the Top
Menu.
(The Mail Display will appear.)
2 Touch the Mail Menu Button.
(The Mail Menu Display will appear.)

Touch the New mail Button.
(The Create Mail Display will appear.)
4 Touch the Address Button.
(The List Display will appear.)
Addresses, titles, and fixed phrases can be

specified in any order.
5 Touch the address selected from the
List and then touch the Select Button.
(You will return to the Create Mail
Display.)
● To see the entire List, touch the Previous and
Next Buttons to display for previous and next
pages.
If an address is not in the List, either touch the
●
List of Dwelling Units Button and select from
the dwelling units or register the address.
(Refer to Registering Addresses to the Address
List on page 91.)
● To delete an address from the List, touch the
address that you want to delete and then touch
the Delete Button.
* When a phrase is touched, the color of the
letters will change to show that it is selected.
