finisher controller PCB is
faulty.
-The option stack tray HP
sensor is faulty.
-The option stack tray clock
sensor is faulty.
-The option stack tray shift
motor is subjected to a faulty
load.
-The stack edging motor or the
finisher controller PCB is
faulty.
-The stack discharge unit HP
sensor is faulty.
-The shutter drive motor or the
finisher controller PCB is
faulty.
-The shutter open sensor is
faulty.
-The shutter clutch is faulty.
Chapter 5
-The option stack tray has been
driven, but the paper surface is
not detected.
A shift does not occur within a
specific period of time (i.e., a
shift to the point of retrieval).
-The option stack tray is moved
up but does not reach the HP
sensor within 3000 msec.
-The option stack tray has been
driven, but the option stack tray
encoder clock signal is not
detected twice or more within
300 msec.
-At time of edge discharge
motor operation, a move has
been initiated in the direction of
stack discharge (i.e., HP sensor
IN side), but the stack discharge
HP sensor does not go on within
2000 msec.
-At time of stack motor
operation, a move has been
initiated in the direction of HP
sensor OUT side, but the stack
HP sensor does not go off
within 2000 msec.
At time of opening the shutter
unit, the shutter open sensor
does not go on and the opening
operation does not end within
1000 msec.
At time of closing the shutter
unit, the shutter open sensor
does not go off and the closing
operation does not end within
100 msec.
