Debug
If users encounter any problem for the IPVT10 server, users could capture the traces or download the logcat
to troubleshoot the problem. Or, users could contact IPVT10 support to troubleshoot the problem.
System Logs
Users could check and download the logs of each component from IPVT10 server (e.g. MCU/SIP
server/WebRTC/Meeting Management Platform).
Please refer to the following steps:
1. Login IPVT10 Web UI.
2. Click on "Debug" → "Logs" menu, as the figure shows below:
3. Select the date of generating the logs. Users could select the date up to past 30 days.
4. Click on "Download logs", and the logs which is generating on that date will be downloaded into the
user's PC.
Packet Capture
Users could capture the traces in IPVT10 server to troubleshoot the problems.
Please refer to the following steps:
1. Login IPVT10 Web UI.
2. Click on "Debug" → "Packet capture", as the figure shows below:
