4.5 Selecting menu items with the mouse

To select any menu item using the mouse, move the mouse pointer to the
desired entry and press the left mouse button. (Click)

4.6 Selecting menu items using the keyboard

To select any menu using the keyboard, hold down the ALT key and
press the letter of the menu item that is underlined. Thus, to select the "File"
menu item, hold down the ALT key and press the letter "F".
