3.1.3 Restart communication between the bus node and the device

The load voltage supply for the connected device(s) is miss-
ing or exhibits undervoltage:
– PS-LED flashes green and
– X1 and/or X2-LED flash green
Prerequisite: That connected device(s) must support this
diagnostic function (see device description).
X1 and X2 flash red simultaneously despite checking the
mechanical connection between the bus node and the device
(disassembly -> assembly)
Proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the operating voltage.
2. Check the assembly and/or re-establish the cable connec-
tion between the bus node and connected devices.
3. Switch voltage on again.
X1 and/or illuminate or flash green.
Compare the desired baud rate with the baud rate set on

the bus node (DIL switch setting).
Compare the desired Node ID with the Node ID set on the
•
bus node (DIL switch setting).
