Vocality User Manual
User Manual for V200
Valid for V08_08.02 or V08_48.02
Once the unit has been configured for use in an IP network, the management menus
may also be accessed via HTTP, HTTPS, Telnet (or SSH if using the secure software), if
Multivoice IP > Access Table entries are configured to allow that access. (In most
cases the default settings will be sufficient.)
On the above Banner Page the maintenance expiry date is 1st January 2015 and the
expiry version is Version 8. This allows the unit to be upgraded with any version 8 (or
before) software created before 1st January 2015. To update the license information you
would need to contact your Vocality support representative with the serial number of
your Vocality unit. They can issue the updated license information.
The unit is configured by moving around the menus using the cursor keys and selecting
from a choice of available options for each parameter, which you can scroll through
using <Spacebar>. The current cursor position is highlighted in most terminal
emulations. There are also a number of keys, which may be used as a shortcut or to
access additional features. These keys are summarised below. On the menus names of
physical keys are represented between chevrons, for example <SPACE> for the
spacebar, <CR> for Carriage Return or Enter.
