Chapter 1 — About the Computer
Description
Use the USB cable to connect USB devices and
peripherals to the CV41.
Use the screen blankinig box to turn off the
CV41 display while a vehicle is in motion.
Use the CANBUS Y-Cable to connect a
CANBUS interface to the CV41.
Purchase a new UPS battery when the one in
your CV41 does not provide satisfactory
operating time.
Use the audio cable to connect a headset to the
CV41.
Use the headset for a hands-free voice solution.
Use the protective film to to reduce wear and
protect the touch screen from being damaged.
If your touch panel is damaged, purchase a
replacement touch panel for the CV41.
If the UPS battery is damaged, purchase a
replacement UPS battery for the CV41.
Use the stylus to navigate around the user
interface of the CV41.
If your CV41 does not come with an internal
WWAN antenna, purchase the WWAN
antenna to provide WWAN connectivity to the
CV41.
If your CV41 does not come with an internal
GPS antenna, purchase the GPS antenna to
provide WWAN connectivity to the CV41.
Use this kit to supply power to trucks that are
greater than 60 VDC.
Use the AC power supply to power the CV41.
The power supply can be connected to a 120 V
or to a 230 V supply. If you are outside of the
United States, you must supply your own
power cord.
