Entering PHY_TX for basic RF Data testing

1. Select the "RF Settings" Tab and set the RF parameters as required. (
2. Select the SPORT Mode . (
3. Ensure part is in PHY_ON (
4. Press Update Needed. This writes the settings to BBRAM and then does a CMD_CONFIG_DEV.

5. Press "CMD_PHY_TX" to enter transmit mode (continuous carrier transmission) (
6. To exit PHY_TX press CMD_PHY_ON (
