There are actions that the end user can take to fix a fault. However, a professional should always be
advised before doing any adjustments.
Fault
No start dose while tuning
Burner does not ignite
The display is black
Overheat protection fallshaft tripped
Ashes are totally black
Poor hot water capacity
Low/high indoor temperature
Soot in the boiler room
Alarm (flue gas), flue gases over 320ºC
No heat on radiators.
White smoke from the chimney
Convection clean does not clean
The burner tube does not get clean
The feeder does not feed pellets
A sensor shows wrong temperature
The suction system does not fill the storage
