Try to keep the following things in mind. The fuel Effecta Smart is tested to be fired with wood logs. What kind of wood has no greater effect to the boilers operation, except that hardwood has a greater calorific value than softwood. The result of using hardwood is that the accumulator is heated quicker with hardwood in compari- son to softwood. -

Shunt control ▀ Effecta Smart has its own shunt control. The shunt control menu is activated when sensor G7 is connected. There you regulate the heating of your house. Start by choosing which sensor to control with, room sensor, out door sensor or both. If both are chosen the heat is controlled by the outdoor sensor but the room sensor can provide corrections on the supply temperature +/- 10°F, max room temp. -
