I Can't Connect to the Internet Through the ATA

Procedure
Step 1
Make sure that the ATA is powered on. The Power/Sys LED should be solid green and not flashing.
If the Power LED is flashing, then power off all of your network devices, including the modem, the ATA,
and the connected devices. Wait for 30 seconds. Then power on each device in the following order:
1 Cable or DSL modem
2 ATA
3 Connected Devices
