11. ABS/REL Indicator
The Current Time Location display can show absolute project time
(ABS), or can shift the time to correspond to an external device to which
the VS-2400CD is being synchronized (REL).
12. SCRUB
Click SCRUB to repeatedly audition a tiny fragment of audio at the now
line's current location in order to pinpoint a recorded event.
13. PREVIEW Buttons
When you're trying to locate the precise time at which an audio event
occurs, click the appropriate PREVIEW button to listen to audio just
before and/or after the current position of the now line.
14. Position Bar
Click and drag the position bar's handle to move to any location in a
project. The position of the handle shows you where you are in a project.

16. PREVIOUS/NEXT
Click PREVIOUS or NEXT to move the now line backward to the most
recent phrase or marker, or forward to the next one, respectively.

Rewind
ZERO
ZERO—to return the now line to the start of the project.
Rewind—to move the now line quickly back through the project.
FF—to move the now line quickly forward through the project.
STOP—to halt playback of the project.
PLAY—to begin playback from the now line's current location.
REC—to begin recording.
