Turnaround
Polling
During routine transmission,
if you select this feature, your terminal
will automatically
poll the terminal
that you are sending
to and ask it to send you any documents
that it has ready for you to pick up.
You will have topaylinecharges
for both thetransmissionand
reception
of thepolleddocument.
How-
ever, the overall
line charges
are less than for the two calls that would otherwise
be needed for this
operation.
Perform
the
normal
transmission
4.
After
transmission
is
complete,
operation:
the
machine
goes
into
the
polling
a) Insert the document(s).
reception
mode.
b) Select the appropriate
resolution
and
contrast.
c) Dial the other party.
d) Press
Start
.
When
the
Communication
lamp
lights
on the operation
panel,
press
Polling
.
