b. Shutdown the system unit and
unplug the power cable.
c. Plug in the power cable,
power-on the system unit.
3. Retry item 2 with a newly formatted
DOS diskette.
4. Go to "MAP 1540: Minimum
Configuration" on page 50.

clear NVRAM. Remove the battery
and use it to short the battery leads
for at least 30 seconds. Power-up
the system unit.
