Exporting Records

You can export records from internal storage to a Secure Digital card, a shared
directory, or an FTP server in either a Hilltop/XML or PDF format. The maximum
number of records you can export in XML format is determined by which storage
option is enabled:
• If M100 is enabled, the maximum is 100.
• If M300 is enabled, the maximum is 200.
• Records exported in PDF format have no maximum limit.
NOTE:
The SD card capacity and manufacturer determine data transfer rates and storage
space. This may affect the time required to read or write to the SD card. It may
also limit the number of records that you can store on the card. GE Healthcare
recommends you use SD cards with a capacity of 2GB or smaller, either supplied
by GE Healthcare or manufactured by SanDisk.
