Refer to
• Verify connectivity by doing the following:
• If a wired LAN is used, verify that the network cables are connected.
• If a wireless LAN is used, verify that the WIFI module is inserted in the USB port
on the device, and the wireless networking setting is configured properly.

• Ping the device from the file server to verify that the two devices can
communicate.
• Verify the FTP server name or IP address, and export path are correct.

System Errors
