Reboots the module without resetting variables.
Reset option for all variables that can be set by the user, with the
exception of the network settings.
A complete reset which will restore the module settings, including the
IP address/subnet mask, to their original, default values. This could
make the module unreachable for in-band communications, in which
case the internal web pages are accessible only by (temporarily)
moving a PC to the same subnet as the C-54 E, as described in
section 5.1.
