Set sensible combinations of video bit rate mode, resolution, GOP length, and frame and bit
rates. When setting and saving these values, you may notice that inappropriate value
combinations are 'corrected' by automatic selection of the closest suitable combination. The
output bit rate set may range from 10 - 15000 kbps. The total output bandwidth for the 4
video inputs should not exceed 60 Mb/s.
Range: [10...15000]. Selecting a profile (see below), automatically sets
the bit rate associated with the profile.
Setting available in MJPEG encoding mode. Reflects the amount of
compression. For instance, 80% picture quality equals 20% compression.
Preset combinations of settings for specific purposes. See figure 7.14.
When a profile has been selected, changing one of its defined parameters
sets the profile box to '--', indicating that a custom profile has been
configured. When a freely chosen parameter value combination matches
a preset profile, the name of that profile shows in the profile box.
Click to view live images from the video input. The preview is generated
by the encoder selected from the Encoding mode drop-down list.
Hiding the preview may improve web page responsiveness.
