IP addressing.

- 100 HDX Half duplex, 100 Mbit.
- 100 FDX Full duplex, 100 Mbit.
Enables sending of unsolicited messages, e.g. requests to join a
multicast group, without having to wait for a query message from a
management PC, multicast router or switch.
