The stream in figure 6.1 would be pulled from the encoder with the IP address
172.22.250.129, using video input 1, media subtype MPEG-4, and logical encoder 1.

Figure 6.1 RTSP URL format
The encoder should be enabled and set to the correct media type. RTSP is a streaming
protocol taking care of stream control. It does not handle device configuration.
The media subtype must be specified without a hyphen.
