Lync 2013 app doesn’t automatically sign in when GVC3200 reboots. If the user has already signed in Lync 2013 on GVC3200, after GVC3200 reboots, by default the user needs to open Lync 2013 app from GVC3200 main screen->Applications->Lync to launch the application, and it will automatically sign in.

PTZ Control To adjust PTZ for GVC3200 camera during Lync calls, 1. Go back to the main screen of GVC3200 by pressing the HOME function key on GVC3200 remote control trackpad. 2. Then press the CAMERA button on GVC3200 remote control, and adjust PTZ from there.
