Schedule New Meetings

Schedule feature allows users to set a specific time to host a conference in advance, with conference
reminder and members. Users can schedule new meetings from LCD Menu → Schedule.

Users could set the meeting details such as the subject of the meeting, starting time and duration,
Enable/Disable Auto recording (Recorded meeting saved in the cloud), and set the invitees list by adding
them to Participants. User can press on the Add Members next to Participants to add invitees from call
history and Local contacts or from the Enterprise phonebook.
By pressing on right arrow navigation key and selecting save, the new meeting schedule will be saved in
[Meeting List].
When the new conference start time or duration intersect with an already scheduled conference, a popup
message will be displaying onscreen for users to either edit the new meeting details or submit anyway.
