First of all, create a master file including labelnames for merge data. Then
open a merge file and type labelnames and corresponding merge data. And
execute printing with the merge function set on. For further information, refer

Electronic Spelling Dictionary and
Thesaurus (Option)
Before you start using the electronic spelling dictionary and thesaurus, make
sure that the necessary hardware and software are installed.
REMEMBER...The electronic spelling dictionary and thesaurus are optional
software in all countries. Apply function seals to the corresponding keys,
referring to the manual of the electronic spelling dictionary. For further
information, consult the dealer where you purchased this typewriter.
With the electronic spelling dictionary activated, the following functions arc
available:

• CODE + SPELL Key—Interactive Spell Checking
The typewriter looks up words in the main and supplemental dictionaries
interactively while you are typing. It beeps and shows the suspected
word, if found. You can ignore it, correct the misspelling, make the
typewriter suggest the alternate word, or add it to the supplemental
dictionary. •
• CODE + FIND Key— Batch Spell Checking
The typewriter looks up all the typed words in the main and
supplemental dictionaries through batch processing. It beeps and shows
the suspected word, if found. You can ignore it, correct the misspelling,
make the typewriter suggest the alternate word, or add it to the
supplemental dictionary. When finished with any of these operations, the
typewriter continues the spell-check function until you reach the end of
the file.
