Now that you draw lines, you can delete them:
[10] Locate the cursor for example on position #3.
You may move the cursor to any position where you start deleting the
lines. Use die CURSOR ( J , , f , C - , or - > ) , — N (Tab), G O TO + < - ,
GO TO + — >, C f— (Express Backspace), and RELOC keys to move the
cursor.
[11] Press the CORRECTION key to select the erasing mode.
The CORRECTION key switches between the adding and deleting modes
alternately. The default setting is the adding mode. The cursor shows the
corresponding mode on the display like below:

[ 12] Press the CODE + CURSOR ( J r , 'f', <—, or — > ) keys to delete lines.
The typewriter deletes lines on the display as you press the keys.
However the cursor still stays at position #3 where you started pressing
the CODE + CURSOR keys.
If no tab stop is set at the current position, a new tab stop is
automatically set.
R EM EM B ER ...With this method, you can delete the outside frame. To draw
vertical and horizontal lines only, first draw the outside frame and inside lines.
Then delete unnecessary lines, leaving vertical and horizontal lines.__________
