Cleaning the charge air cooler
1.
Remove the charge air cooler cover and pull
out the cooler core.
2.
Clean the outside of the cooler core.
IMPORTANT!
Use a paraffin-based engine cleaning agent.
3.
Remove any internal deposits using a round
rod.
4.
Renew damaged and hard O-rings and as-
semble the charge air cooler.
5.
Tighten the screws to 15-18 Nm.
6.
Fit the charge air cooler according to the de-
scription.
