    The outer diameter of the pipe or the inner diameter of the hose should be a minimum of 25 mm for DC09 and DC13 and a minimum of 32 mm for DC16. There must always be a bleed pipe between the upper part of the radiator and the ex- pansion tank to prevent air from entering the cooling system.
