Device ID in Remote Manager.

Try the following if your Connect Sensor does not appear in the mobile app. You need physical access
to the device to complete the steps.
Verify Bluetooth connectivity
Note the following:
Bluetooth is on only when you manually wake Connect Sensor.

Bluetooth is not on during report or read intervals.

First, verify the following Bluetooth settings.
1. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Connect Sensor:
a. Sign in to remotemanager.digi.com.
b. Click Device Management > Devices tab.
c. Right-click your Connect Sensor.
d. Click Configuration > Local Interface Settings.
e. Verify that Bluetooth Enable is On.
2. Verify that your mobile device supports Bluetooth Smart (low energy) and is within range of
Connect Sensor.
3. Manually wake Connect Sensor.
