communication error occurs.

step ladder process. When the process
starts up, the bit corresponding to the
process number turns on "1".
Monitor using binary display.
(0: not-executing, 1: executing)
Example:
Since bit position 0 of
DT9060/DT90060 is "1", step ladder
process 0 is executing.
A programming tool software can be
used to write data.
