determines the response time to load
steps. Obtain quick control through a
short damping time constant. However, if
this value is too short, the control gets
unstable. This time constant is used
above 10% rated speed.
Function:
[ 0.01 - Machine Supply Voltage Filter Time
constant is used for reducing the
influence of high frequency ripples and
system resonances in the calculation of
machine supply voltage. Without this
filter, the ripples in the currents can
distort the calculated voltage and affects
the stability of the system.
