A special case is where only one TX/RX and one RX port are accessible

from the outside of the cabinet. In that case the solution stated below

can be used. Note that the three duplex ﬁlters in series (one internal and

two external) will degrade the TX performance of the co-sited RBS.

External Duplex Filter

If an external duplex ﬁlter is used, it is possible to expand the

conﬁguration in two steps. The ﬁrst step does not require any new
