Meaning Suggested Cause/Action
•
Register the DNS server for the remote machine or
configure an IP address of the remote machine.
•
Divide the original into more than one page.
•
Check the resolution used for scanning. Lower the scan
resolution if possible.

Add optional page memory.
•
Wait for the files in the queue to be sent.
•
Delete unnecessary files from memory.
•
Transfer the substitute reception files to another fax
machine, if the machine's printer is busy or out of
order.
