Menu Configuration
When enabled, the check digit character is sent along with the label data. When dis-
abled, label data is sent without the check digit.
Start Stop
Default:

Requires the Codabar start and stop characters (a, b, c, or d) to match before a valid
read can occur.
Start Stop Output
Default:

Enabled, Disabled
Allows the start and stop characters to be transmitted with bar code data.
Fixed Code Length

Options:
Disabled, Enabled
Used to increase data integrity by ensuring that only label length will be accepted.
Code Length

1 to 64
Note: Fixed Code Length must be enabled for Code Length to take effect.
Allows you to specify the exact number of characters that the scanner will recognize.
The scanner will ignore any code not having the specified length.
Note: Setting Code Length to any number less than 4 will produce undetermined
results.
UCC/EAN 128
Status
Default:
Disabled
Options:
Disabled, Enabled, Required
A subset of Code 128, with extended features.
Note: Code 128 must be Enabled for UCC/EAN-128 to function.
With Enabled selected, both Code 128 and UCC/EAN-128 labels are decoded.
With Required selected, only UCC/EAN-128 labels are decoded.
