GR time
GR time refers to the maximum time allowed to complete a GR communication procedure. The GR
Helper preserves topology or routing information sent from the GR Restarter until
expires. When GR time expires, the GR communication procedure is ended.

GR communication procedure

In some cases, GR Restarter and GR Helper can replace each other.
The communication procedure between the GR Restarter and the GR Helper works as follows:
