6.1.22 towingreact

Reactivates Towing Detection to initial state (does not wait for ignition to be OFF). Useful
when generated false Towing event and needs reactivation.

7 GPRS commands

It is possible to send commands to FM1000 using GPRS. When FM1000 sends records
periodically to a server, a message could be sent from the server and FM1000 will reply to it.
FM1000 has to be connected to the server in order to receive commands.
