Regulación leva embrague

Regular el embrague cuando el motor se
detenga o cuando el vehículo tienda a
avanzar con la palanca del embrague ac-
cionada y la marcha acoplada, o bien
cuando el embrague "patine", causando
un retardo de la aceleración respecto del
número de revoluciones del motor.

Las regulaciones más simples se pueden
efectuar con el regulador de la palanca
del embrague del siguiente modo:
•
Extraer la cubierta de protección
(1)
•
Aflojar la tuerca (2)
•
Girar el regulador (3) hasta que
la carrera en vacío hasta el ex-
tremo de la palanca del embra-
gue sea de aproximadamente 2
mm (0.08 in)
•
Apretar la tuerca (2), bloquean-
do el regulador (3).
•
Controlar la carrera en vacío
hasta el extremo de la palanca
del embrague.
•
Volver a colocar la cubierta de
protección (1).
•
Si el regulador (3) está comple-
tamente enroscado o desenros-
cado o no se logra obtener la
carrera en vacío correcta:
•
Extraer la cubierta de protección
(1). Enroscar completamente la
tuerca (2) del regulador (3).

Adjustment clutch when the engine stops
or the vehicle tends to move forward even
when clutch lever is operated and the
gear engaged, or if the clutch "slides", re-
sulting in acceleration delay considering
the engine revs.
Minor adjustments can be realized by
acting on the clutch lever adjuster oper-
ating as follows:
•
Remove the protection casing
(1)
•
Loosen the nut (2)
•
Turn the set screw (3) until the
empty travel at the clutch lever
end is of 2 mm (0.08 in)
•
Tighten the nut (2), locking the
adjuster (3).
•
Check the empty travel at the
clutch lever end.
•
Refit he protection casing (1).
•
If the adjuster (3) is completely
bolted, completely unscrewed
or is not possible to obtain the
correct empty travel:
•
Remove the protection casing
(1). Completely screw the nut
(2) to the adjuster (3).
•
Completely loosen the adjuster
(3).
