DRIVE LOAD FAILED OR TIMED OUT
The command to the drive to load a tape failed to complete or timed
out. Check drive logs for more information.

The command to the drive to thread a tape failed or timed out. Check
drive logs for more information.

DRIVE FW UPDATE IN PROGRESS
The drive can not perform indicated request because it is in the process
of updating it's firmware. Wait until the firmware update is complete,
then retry the operation.
