FRONT BRAKE
2. Install:
S Circlip 1
S Dust boot 2

MASTER CYLINDER INSTALLATION

1. Install:
S Master cylinder 1
S Master cylinder bracket 2
CAUTION:
D Install the master cylinder holder with the
"UP" mark facing upward.
D Align the end of the holder with the punch
mark a on the handlebar.
D First, tighten the upper bolt, then tighten
the lower bolt.
2. Install:
S Copper washers 1
S Brake hose 2
S Union bolt 3
NOTE:
D Tighten the union bolt while holding the brake
hose as shown.
D Turn the handlebar to the left and to the right
to check that the brake hose does not touch
other parts (throttle cable, wire harness,
leads, etc.). Correct if necessary.
D Proper brake hose routing is essential to
insure safe motorcycle operation. Refer
to "CABLE ROUTING".
D Always use new copper washers.
