platform via web user interface:
Click on Account->Cloud.

Select Zoom/Pexip/BlueJeans/Mind/Custom from the pull-down list of Platform Type.

Select the desired value from the pull-down list of BFCP.

Click Confirm to accept the change.

Click on Account->SIP Account.
